Strider Hiryu 2 Original Soundtrack (ストライダー飛竜2 オリジナル・サウンドトラック) is the official soundtrack album for Strider 2. Besides the main disc with the soundtrack composed by Setsuo Yamamoto and Etsuko Yoneda, it includes a second bonus disc featuring the original Strider soundtrack, as composed by Junko Tamiya.

The Strider 2 soundtrack features all in-game tracks, including the music from the PlayStation-exclusive Mission 00 stage, plus bonus tracks compiling all in-game voice work and special effects. The bonus disc compiles all soundtrack from the Arcade Strider into 5 tracks recorded in the form of a medley, one for each stage.

The liner notes booklet includes a letter from the game's director Atsushi Tomita describing part of the game's development, an introduction text by sound effect designers Ryoji Yamamoto and Yoshiki Sandou and brief notes detailing the concept and ideas behind certain themes.

The Strider 2 CD was reissued in 2014 as part of the Strider Hiryu Sound Chronicle soundtrack set, albeit with the voice collection track removed.
